A Pivot. Sure. What's the endgame?

I've said it many times (or was it just in my head?), I'm changing my existing business or project focus. Not that I have many, but yeah... Oh shut up, Leif!

Anyway, I'm in the process of separating my consulting agency from Airtable Wiz. You will find everything about my consulting work or services in my personal website.

As for Airtable Wiz, it will be a platform/portal for everything Airtable. There'll be a community group, a freelancers' directory/job-board, and Airtable-related contents. Maybe a course as well in the future. Not sure yet.

You would ask, "Where's the business side of things? I thought you're pivoting to a more sustainable money-making machine." Right?!

Well, I'm doubling down on my consulting work. That's the main focus. And my goal is to have productized products/services.

I learned the hard way that I need to be clearer about what services I can offer and how often I can work. To have my consultation services as productized services will definitely help to fill in the gap.

What are Productized Services (again), you say? It's not new. I've tried it before with my now-defunct project, Jerami Rocket.

Productized services basically just means selling services in a standardized way, like products. You set clear parameters and pricing, so customers know exactly what they're getting and how much they're paying. This makes it easier to market and sell the service multiple times.

And, above all... the limit of your time and energy. It's a good way to say "no" to customers when they ask for more or something crazy.😉
